what is the less expensive hotel in vegas and best deals in the spring when it is cooler outside?
- Search here for cheap hotels jetsetgotravels.com It provides search option like near a landmark etc But beware. cheap hotels can be trouble some times so check reviews of the hotel you are going to book. Check the exact location of hotel from google maps
- I prefer the downtown are compared to the strip I usually stay at The Four Queens
- old ones, like the "sahara" if you book a room online, they're cheap. but if you walk in to book, they will ream you. if you book online, then try to extend at the front desk, they will ream you
- We usually take our trip at the end of March, when it is still between 75 and 85 degrees. It's warm enough to swim, but not so hot you can not stand it Although we just returned from a trip out there on Saturday, and you'd be amazed how bearable 105 degrees can be!. Anyway, I love staying at Excalibur. We always get a rate of $51 / night, which can barely be beat, and it is in an excellent location. It's not a dump at all, especially if you try one of their newly renovated "Widescreen rooms. " We finally tried one this time, and Wow, did it make a difference for our stay. Check out this website for the best deals on hotels in Vegas smartervegas.com / , they are promotion codes given by the actual hotels themselves. Looking at Excalibur's rates for next spring, it looks like you can find quite a few weeks for $51 / night, and even the ones that are not will go down between now and then. Just keep checking back until you find a rate that you like. Some other options are Luxor from $59 / night MGM Grand when you can find a good deal Bally's sometimes runs $50 / night Monte Carlo from $66 / night Harrah's from $45 / night These rates are all based on weeknight stays. If you stay on a Friday or Saturday, the rates will double or even triple for those nights
- Excalibur, MGM and Monte Carlo have some nice deals. I would check the current hotel promotions from the hotels located on the Las Vegas Blvd. I recommend to check vegas - hotels - online.com
- I will recommend getting a hotel room right on the Vegas Strip. The transportation cost from downtown to the strip everyday will wipe out whatever you are saving staying downtown. Book your room directly from the hotels using their discount promo codes. Here are a few codes for hotels on the Vegas strip. lasvegas - how - to.com / special.php
- I go to Vegas a couple times a year every years and so here's what I think you need to know. When you look for a hotel in Vegas consider this. All of the big hotels on the Strip are great. The most important things to consider are location, price, and in the summer you want to consider the hotel?s pool area. So, stay on the strip in the center of all of the hotel locations so that you can walk to see all of the hotels and s, and all of the free attractions. goingtovegas.com / kpv - lvst.htm The best place to stay to do that is in one of the hotels on or nearest to Flamingo Rd & the Strip. At that corner is Caesars Palace, Bellagio, the Flamingo, Ballys, and the Paris hotels. I am not saying you need to stay in one of these but stay close to them. I do recommend the Flamingo, Harrahs, and Monte Carlo hotels if you are looking for a good price, location and pool. The next thing to consider in picking the BEST place is price. Rates go down in the summer and again after Thanksgiving, until about mid - January except new years eve when prices double. So pick a place that has the best price for you. Caesars, Wynn, The Venetian, and Bellagio will cost top dollar all of the time like $150 and up per night during the summer. The Flamingo, Ballys Monte Carlo, and some others you can get into for around $100 but most times for less during the low seasons. Its also more expensive in all Vegas hotels on Friday and Saturday nights by $40 to $60 more per night. So to get a lower rate plan to go to Vegas on Sunday and stay through Thursday night. In the spring and summer you probably want to spend some time at the pool areas, which in Vegas are fabulous. All of the big hotels have great pool areas. But the Mandalay Bay, and Monte Carlo hotels have a wave pool and a lazy river for tubing or body floating. The MGM hotel has a huge lazy river and a water fall. The Flamingo has a water slide not big but nice and refreshing and also a water fall. The pools at Caesars and Bellagio are good because they have multiple pools and plenty of places to sit. Caesars even has a topless pool areas called the VENUS POOL. I have stayed at Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, Paris, MGM, Monte Carlo, Bellagio, Caesars, the Rio, the Flamingo, Ballys, and Harrahs. But the BEST place for me when I go is who has the best price. Again, all of the Strip hotels are great. So shop the web sites, look at the hotel rate calendars, and go when the price is the lowest. That's the best place to stay on the Strip. Many of the hotel web sites will let you compare rates at their partner properties for the dates that you select. Also, hotel rates can change daily and weekly so look at the hotel rate calendars and go when the price is the lowest. The energy crisis has resulted in many Strip hotels offering good deals on rooms; look for the deals. You can probably get lower priced rooms at the Circus Circus, Sahara and Rivera on the north end of the Strip, the Tropicana on the south end, and also at the hotels on Fremont Street. The Tropicana is one of the older hotels that has not been renovated like many others;its actually in bankruptcy right now. The other locations will place you a long way from the center of the strip action and you?ll have to take a bus or taxi to Strip action. In addition, if you need to run to the room for a little R&R, it?s a long ways. Yes you can stay in a bad hotel and / or location for under $50 a night but you can stay in a better hotel and location for just a few dollars more per night; in the range of $70 to $100 per night. And feel safer too!
- The imperial Palace is the cheapest strip hotel. If you want you can stay downtown and you can get rooms as cheap as 39 bucks a night
- Excalibur is always a cheap hotel. Also, Circus Circus and the Stratosphere are pretty cheap. You should spend a little more money and get a nice hotel. Try Bally's or New York New York
- good clean rooms with balcony at Imperial Palace. Right in the middle of the strip. try to stay in the front tower, better elevators, buffet is nothing special at all, but the Mirage is across the street with a kick buffet, and the best outdoor bar in next door at Harrah's the IP is a Harrah's property its an older hotel I think built in late 70's early 80's I stay there all the time and already have my Dec rooms booked. Best value for the dollar!
